Glaser Center Facility Usage Rates

For Non-Profit Organizations*, or Non-taxable organizations such as public schools, governments and city, county, or state agencies. Also available for memorials, weddings, bar mitzvahs and similar rites of passage.

* The term non-profit organization is defined as any organization conforming to Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(3) (proof required), including all churches and IRS recognized religious organizations. Also included are most non-taxable entities such as public schools, governments and city county or state agencies.

Rental of any and all of the building space is also available for weddings, memorial gatherings, and similar religious rites of passage.

Additional Fees – Your rental charge may include some or all of the following:

Fees for use of specific services, projector, sound equipment, piano may apply.

On-site Staff – Glaser Center staff personnel must be present for all event rentals. One staff person is required for every 50 guests. Additional Event Staff may be required for some events.  Event Staff persons are charged at $30 per hour, A/V tech (sound and lights) staff are charged at $40 per hour.

Refundable Damage Deposit –  A refundable charge (Loss Deposit) equal to the greater of 20% of the full rental fee or $100, whichever is greater, shall be required in advance to cover any damage to the facility that might occur during  the rental.  All deposits will be returned to the renter, minus the costs of repairing any damage, within forty-five days of the rental date.

Set-up and Clean-up Periods – These are charged at the same rates as above. Please ensure you book adequate time for set-up and clean-up to avoid scheduling conflicts.

A flat rate may be offered for multiple room rentals. Discounts may be available for recurring rentals.
