* The term non-profit organization is defined as any organization conforming to Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(3) (proof required), including all churches and IRS recognized religious organizations.  Also included are most non-taxable entities such as public schools, governments and city, county or state agencies.

Rental of any and all of the building space is also available for weddings, bar mitzvahs and similar religious rites of passage.

**The Social Hall is available to renters who are not qualified non-profit groups for a charge of $140 per hour with a two hour minimum rental.  Discounts are available to UUCSR members.

 Additional Fees – Your rental charge may include some or all of the following:

Fees for use of specific services, projector, sound equipment, piano and furniture items may apply.

On-site Staff – A Glaser Center staff person must be present for all rental events of 200 guests or less. Two staff persons are required for events with over 200 guests.  Staff persons are charged at $25 per hour.

Loss Deposit – A refundable charge shall be required in advance to cover any damage to the facility that might occur during the rental or rental overages.   The charge is $100 or 20% of the subtotal of the rental agreement which ever is greater.

Set-up and Clean-up Periods – These are charged at the same rates as above. Please ensure you book adequate time for set-up and clean-up to avoid scheduling conflicts.

A flat rate may be offered for multiple room rentals. Discounts may be available for recurring rentals.
